Exactly as described. I submitted a cancellation minutes after placing the order, as it was ordered in error. I am not sure whether this is because they didn't receive the cancel notification or they ignored it. Either way, I submitted the cancellation and it was shipped 3 days later anyways. Upon being notified that it had entered the country, I asked about cancellation again - this time via direct message with Onelap. They advised I could return at my own expense despite my saying I cancelled before shipping. Future dialog was a futile exercise in arguing against canned responses. Fortunately I got this on the 6/18 sale and was able to sell it at cost to someone else. Product is exactly as described. Communications are terrible
